VIRTUAL MUSICAL JAMBOREE

Yes, it is Party time, Party? You must be joking right? This, seamlessly will be the response of any reader of this article considering the pandemic ravaging the globe.

The Council of Nigerian professionals Incorporated is a non-profit, non-denominational council, committed to socio economic empowerment of Nigerian Professionals? Their vision is to enable and support Nigerians towards sustainable growth, development and prosperity. CNP also focuses on these key initiatives:

President CNP- Adejisola Atiba

In a chat with the President, Xphrame media updates importuned what was the driving force for this event amidst the pandemic. The eloquent visionary, Adejisola Atiba; who is a people manager with RBC, coach, mentor and community leader said critical times demand critical reasoning; the pandemic has its correlating effect on mental health. The situation is stressful for everyone and it is normal to be anxious and worried. As a council we resolved to dowse this effect by enabling people unwind in the comfort of their homes. No doubt Nigerians are outing and fun loving.
All our regular activities have been virtual since the break of the pandemic. We miss our gatherings. We miss our friends, our families and community. We resolved!


This special edition of our Virtual Musical Jamboree will allow our people to connect to others, have fun, take good care of themselves and build new friendships during this challenging time. We fostered teamwork and intercultural interaction while enhancing safe social engagement and wellbeing.

We asked the Director, Events and Logistics- Mr. Oluwafemi Oluwatuyi how they intend to make the virtual Musical Jamboree a success, the Life and Living Benefit Advisor said the team had put a lot of factors into consideration to ensure it was going to be phenomenal.


The event will feature a Compere- Ronke Oladimeji who will direct the course of the agenda. A veteran comedian ‘Firstborn’-will be on the virtual tour to make guest laugh, David’s and String; a guitarist will also be performing and the event highlight is the multi-talented DJ, Saxophonist, keyboardist and Highlife crooner Baba Williams who will be treating guests to lovely music.

 The event coordinator Bunmi Lasinu said the event will enable guests dress up, make them feel the groove, create a positive energy to network and have fun. She said it is a yardstick of care from the Council to all her members. It is an open event for all members and new members are free to attend.
