Nov 2,2019 was the date set aside to host the maiden edition of the Net worth event (A networking event) by Adeba Connector. The event was held at the 24-7 Lounge and Restaurant and well attended.

The colorful event was anchored by the radiant creative director of the brand, Ade Toyin Ladeinde. She welcomed all seated guests at about 9.30 pm.

The venue was set to soothe the event objective of networking. Guest speakers started reeling out words in turns. It was a selection of intelligent speakers with burning passion for what they do and how it can benefit the people.

We had Mr. Anthony who spoke on Finances, Mr. Jofre on employment, Mr. Carlos about the construction company, Mr. Obosa on working together in the community while Mr. Carl and Emmanuel spoke about obtaining legal status in Canada as immigration Lawyers.

There were finger foods and drinks, a saxophonist entertained at break points.
The event had the element of both formal and semi-formal indices. No doubt, it was a very successful networking event and learning opportunity with the caliber and wealth of experience of the speakers.

The Highlight was when one of the speakers condemned the attitude of Nigerian Immigration
lawyers extorting and exploiting new immigrants, he clamored for support and selflessness within the community.

Towards the end of the event was the launching of the connector core Magazine. The magazine according to the brand ambassador will be a fore front for current and new business owners to promoter their services and goods. She further added that the magazine’s goal is to help African Canadian community grow economically by educating and facilitating networks between providers and consumers.
